National Cyber Crime Record Bureau: Most cyber criminals target the general public through social networking websites, chat platforms, personal WiFi, fake software, websites, e-mails, and many apps. They misuse the private information of the victims by obtaining it. They ask to transfer money by threatening to give personal information, photos, and chats. In some cases, the victim does not even know that he has been cheated.

Earlier, the elderly, pensioners, and women were on the radar of cyber criminals, but now even the youth are targeted.

It is necessary to take more strict action against cyber crimes.

Despite strict provisions, it is difficult to put cyber criminals in jail. According to the National Crime Records Bureau, between 2021 and 22, 1.60 lakh cases of cyber crimes were registered in 28 states of our country, but only 2700 criminals were caught and punished. That is, only 1.6% of the criminals were punished. Indian Cyber ​​Crime Coordination Centre (ISCCCC) has formed seven joint cyber coordination teams for prevention of cyber crime in major cities of the country such as Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Patna etc. (ISCCCC) has already launched a helpline number 1930 for cyber crime; various fraud calls received there are forwarded to the control room of the respective state, it depends based on call priority.

Last year, ISCCCC received 7.0 lakh complaints of cyber fraud, out of which frauds worth Rs 1800 to 2000 crores are estimated. If the general public wants to avoid cyber fraud, then every device connected to the Internet will have to be kept safe. One will have to be vigilant against cyber crime. The government also informs people in its way. Everyone should keep their bank PIN and social media password confidential and strong.

Digital Personal Data Protection Act -2023

The Government of India has brought its Digital Personal Data Protection Act -2023, but this law has not been implemented yet.

Online Gambling: Government's responsibility to stop online gaming scams

The Government of India can stop digital online gaming scams by joining hands with big companies like Google and Meta.

To rapidly control this online gaming sector across India, the government should try to join hands with multinational companies like Google and Meta.

Suggestion of 'Digital India Foundation'

• The Digital India Foundation has also made this suggestion to the government. The annual turnover of this illegal business is around $ 100 billion.
• Common online companies like Google and Meta can ban online gambling promotions. It is because of online gaming that illegal money laundering takes place. Companies like Google and Meta are making huge amounts of money by advertising it. This is why it is becoming difficult to ban online gambling. At least one-third of the income of reputed multinational companies comes from these online gaming websites.
• Surrogate companies were created to embezzle money from illegal online gambling and betting. Those companies should be investigated and clised down immediately.

भारत मे हर 7 मिनिट मे एक सायबर फ्रोड होता है

जादातर सायबर अपराधि सोशल नेटवर्किंग वेबसाईट,  चैट प्लेटफार्म, पर्सनल वायफाय, फर्जि सोफ्टवेयर, वेबसाईट,  ई-मेल और बहोत सारे अेप के जरीये सामान्य जनता को शिकार बनाते है. शिकार हुऐ लोगो कि प्रायवेट जानकारी हासिल करके गलत ईस्तेमाल करते है. निजि जानकारी, फोटो, चेट का भय दिखाकर पैसे ट्रांसफर करने को कहते है. कुछ मामलो मे तो पीडित  को पता हि नहि चलता कि उनके साथ धोखाधड़ी हई हो.  
पहले सायबर क्रिमिनलों के रडार पर बुजुर्ग,  पेंशनधारी, महिला रहती थी पर अब तो युवाओं को भी टार्गेट किया जाता है. 

सख्त प्रावधानो के बावजुद सायबर अपराधि को जेल मे डालने मे कठिनाई होती है. नेशनल क्राईम रिकोर्ड ब्यूरो के अनुसार 2021 -22 के बिच अपने देश के 28 राज्यो मे सायबर अपराधों के 1.60 लाख मामले दर्ज हुवे पर 2700 हि अपराधिओंको पकडकर सजा हुई. यानिकि  सिर्फ़ 1.6% अपराधि को सजा मिली. इंडियन सायबर क्राइम कोआर्डिनेशन सेंटर  (ISCCCC) ने सायबर अपराध रोकथाम के लिऐ देश के प्रमुख शहरो मे जैसे कि  अहमदाबाद, हैदराबाद, विशाखापट्टनम, पटना इत्यादि जगहो सात ज्वाईंट सायबर कोआर्डिनेशन टिम गठित की है . (ISCCCC) ने पहले हि सायबर अपराध के लिए  हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930 लोन्च किया है; वहा पर आने वाले विविध फ्राड के फोनकोल को संबंधित राज्य के कंट्रोल रुम मे भेजे जाते है , यह फोनकोल प्रायोरीटि के बेस पर निर्भर करती है. 

 इंडियन सायबर क्राइम कोआर्डिनेशन सेंटर  (ISCCCC) को पिछले साल 7.0 लाख सायबर फ्राड कि शिकायत मिली उसमे से 1800 से 2000 करोड कि धोखाधड़ी का अंदाजा है. सामान्य जनता को सायबर फ्रोड से बचना हो तो इंटरनेट से कनेक्ट हर ऐक डिवाईस को सुरक्षित रखना होगा. सायबर अपराध के प्रती सतर्कता अपनानी होगी. सरकार भी अपने तरीके से लोगो को सुचित करती है. सभी लोग अपना बेंक पीन , सोशल मीडिया पासवर्ड,  गोपनीय और स्ट्रोंग रखे. 

डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डाटा सरंक्षन अधिनियम -2023

भारत सरकार अपना एक डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डाटा सरंक्षन अधिनियम -2023 लेके आई है पर यह कानुन को अभी तक लागू नहि किया गया है. 

ऑनलाईन जुए : ऑनलाईन गेमिंग स्कैम रोकथान कि सरकारकि जिम्मेदारी

भारत सरकार गुगल और मेटा जैसी बडि कंपनी के साथ मिलकर रोक सकती है डिजिटल ऑनलाईन गेमिंग स्कैम 
भारत भर तेजी से यह ऑनलाईन गेमिंग सेक्टर पर काबु पाने को सरकार गुगल व मेटा जैसी बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनीयों से मिलकर प्रयास करे।  

'डिजिटल इंडिया फॉउंडेशन' का सुझाव

• डिजिटल इंडिया फांउडेशन ने भी यहि सुझाव सरकार को किया गया है. यह अवैध व्यवसाय का सालाना टर्नोवर करीब 100 अरब डॉलर है। 
  यह ऑनलाईन जुए से संबंधित प्रचार प्रसार पर प्रतिबंधित करने का आम ऑनलाईन कंपनीया गुगल और मेटा जैसे कर सकते है। 
• यह ऑनलाईनगेमिंग के कारन अवैध पैसो कि हेरा फेरी होती है, गुगल और मेटा जैसि कंपनियां इसके जाहिरात करके अमाप शमाप पैसा कमा रहि है. इसिके कारन ऑनलाईन जुऐ पर प्रतिबंध लाना मुश्किल होता जा रहा है। मानांकित बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनीयों का कम से कम एक तिहाई कमाई का पैसा यहि ऑनलाईन गेमिंग वेबसाइट से आता है।
• ऑनलाईन अवैध जुए और सट्टेबाजी का पैसो कि हेराफेरी के लिऐ सरोगेट कंपनिया बना दि. वह कंपनी की जांच करके उन्हे बंद कर देनी चाहिये।
